Postage, packing and delivery
We aim to process all orders by the next working day. Please allow 7–10 days for delivery in the UK; 21 days in Europe, and 30 days to the rest of the world.
UK deliveries are by Royal Mail, First Class. European and rest-of-world deliveries are by Air Mail, printed paper rate.
Cost
UK and Europe: £2.95 for each item.
Rest of world: £3.95 for each item.
Returns policy
You may return goods to us within seven days of receipt for a full refund. Any such goods must be received by us in mint condition. We will pay for return postage if goods were received by you in damaged condition, or when we have supplied in error.
Refunds
Refunds are made through Google Checkout, as soon as goods have been returned to us and inspected.
